Hi,My name is Bunny Barnard. I have just finished my first year as a Round Rock ISD Instructional Technology Specialist, or ITS. An ITS works along side teachers supporting and training them to incorporate technology in their day to day teacher activities, as well as their students’ learning.
Before my ITS position, I taught 5th grade seventeen years at Purple Sage Elementary, RRISD. I always challenged myself to be involved in new technology and take it back to my classroom. Since I just recently left the classroom, my goal is to not be threatening as an ITS but rather provide my presence and patience to help integrate technology into their curriculum one step at a time.
